PlantHive wants to give people a new experience: discover how life can grow from a seed to a full-fledged crop, ready to be harvested and enjoyed. This state of the art connected Smart Garden provides an automated and confined environment for your favorite culinary, decorative and medicinal plants.
Connected to an interactive and educational application, the PlantHive Smart Garden allows you to monitor and control your Plants remotely. Thanks to a series of interactive guides and tutorials, you will master the art of gardening with just a few clicks! Just drop the seed and get growing!

Your order will be shipped with DHL Europe. Shippment will be done within 1-2 days after your order, in case the product is available on stock.
You will receive a tracking link for your shippment after it has been sent.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused conditions, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process:
To return an item, please email customer service at Support@PlantHive.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recooment that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds:
After receiving your return and inspecting the conditions of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
